Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your order details and tracking number, which you can use to track your order online.

Your tracking number will not activate to show movement until the parcel is scanned in at the first courier-specific sorting facility, generally 24-48 hours after you receive your shipping notification.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability and/or customs delays.

We ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on your location and order. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. All orders are shipped fully traceable with a shipping tracking service.

There is free shipping on all US orders. Once shipped, US orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.

We ship internationally. International delivery times vary by destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for all applicable duties and customs charges.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Legends of Creativity cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by Legends of Creativity. In the event of a failed delivery, please contact your local courier directly using your tracking number to arrange redelivery.

DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

Legends of Creativity insures each purchase during transit until it is delivered to you. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please do not discard the packaging or the item. Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and item immediately upon receipt and contact us at info@legendsofcreativity.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours or building management, then contact your local courier with your tracking number. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us at info@legendsofcreativity.com and we will investigate on your behalf.

TAXES AND DUTIES

If you are shipping within the USA, local sales tax will be charged on all orders where applicable.

For orders outside of the US, all applicable duties and customs charges shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs office should be able to provide an estimate.

Legends of Creativity cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
