ORDERS, PROHIBITION ON RESELLING, AND PRICE

The information on this site does not constitute a binding offer to sell products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time, even after receipt of an order confirmation or after your credit card has been charged. You may not purchase any item from this site for resale. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for that product. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your account.

PRICING POLICY

Legends of Creativity will intermittently offer date-and-time-bound promotional discounts such as Flash Sales, Holiday Sales, and Weekend Sales. All promotions are subject to exclusions. Purchases made prior to the start of a promotional period are not eligible for price adjustments. Discount codes and sales pricing may not be applied retroactively to previous purchases or existing open orders. We do not offer price or promotion adjustments.

DISCOUNTS

All valid promotional or discount codes must be applied at checkout. Only one promotional or discount code can be used per order. Promotional codes may be country-specific and are oftentimes single-use per customer.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Select products can be found in our full price stores in the United States while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed on the site may not be available in stores. The technical specifications and settings of your computer display could affect the accuracy of product color representation.

USE OF MATERIAL ON THE SITE

All content on this site — including text, design, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, downloads, interfaces, code and software — is the exclusive property of Legends of Creativity, its licensors or content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.
